Certification is a simple, four-step programme. At every step, we'll provide you with the information, tools and resources you need to progress successfully and become a Bloody Good Employer.
We offer support and education for employers who are committed to promoting equality, diversity and the rights of all workers to be treated fairly.
PHASE 1
Onboarding
Phase 1 is all about setting the groundwork – laying the foundations for what’s to come. You’ll also receive your Bloody Good Employer ‘pending’ logo, for you to share across your company, on your website, and on social.
How long will it take?
Approx. 4.5 hours in total
PHASE 2
Evaluation
Next it’s time to take a considered, honest look at how you currently provide support for your people. We’ll supply you with a self-evaluation tool plus a survey for every member of staff to complete. Then we’ll review the results and provide feedback on your strengths and any weaknesses in a dedicated consultation.
How long will it take?
Approx. 8 hours + 30 mins per user for Staff Survey
From period myth-busting to learning to communicate inclusively, you’ll cover all in three separate workshops. We’ll give you the resources to share the workshop findings with everyone and your people can commit to the Employee Pledge.

Approx. 15 hours across 3 workshops from planning to reporting + individual employee time on the Employee Pledge

You’ve done it! You’re officially a Bloody Good Employer.
This step is all about re-evaluating where you are now versus where you were when you started as well as baking actionable, positive, changes into your company culture. And you’ll be able to share the good news with your people and the outside world.
